产品用途

Application

为金属拉链的牙头进行抛光处理，并具有抛光刷磨损自动修正功能，使拉链的品质更高。抛光后的牙头任何一角度无利口、毛刺。同时可以两条进去两条出来。

This machine is used to polish the teeth head of metal zippers and the worn polishing brush can be automatically amended, also make the zipper have higher quality. There are no burr and sharp place in any angle of teeth head after polished. This machine can also work with 4 in and 4 out.

构造原理

Structure Principle

主要根据牙头方位、形状设计而成，每条拉链先经过12个不同角度的夹具进行平行移位，配合24个抛光轮对金属拉链进行正反方向、先粗后精的全方位抛光。

This machine is designed according to the different 12 angles and shape of teeth head. Each side of zipper goes through 12 different angles and clamps in a parallel shift. The zipper teeth head will be polished from positive and negative direction with the 24 polishing wheels by the way of first rough polishing, later fine polishing.
